REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all products, programs, services, coaching, mentorships, and digital content offered by MS Quantum Growth.
By purchasing any product or service, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. No Refund Policy
Unless a specific written refund guarantee is explicitly stated on the individual sales page of a particular product:
All sales are final.
Due to the digital, intellectual, and experiential nature of our services:
No refunds
No exchanges
No cancellations
will be issued once access is granted.
This applies to all offers, including but not limited to:
Digital courses and programs
Group programs and masterminds
Coaching and consulting services
Mentorships, including 12-month mentorships and long-term programs
Live or recorded trainings
Memberships or subscriptions
Lack of results, non-participation, change of circumstances, or personal dissatisfaction do not constitute grounds for a refund.
2. Delivery of Digital Products & Online Access
All products and services offered by MS Quantum Growth are digital and delivered online.
Upon successful purchase, access is provided via one or more of the following, depending on the service:
Email communication
Login credentials
Private platforms or communities, including but not limited to:
Course portals
Telegram
WhatsApp
Facebook groups
Access may be granted immediately or within the delivery timeframe stated on the sales page.
3. Client Responsibility for Platform Access
The Client is solely responsible for having access to, and the technical ability to use, the platform on which the product or service is delivered.
If a program, course, or service is delivered via a specific platform (for example, Telegram):
No exceptions will be made
The Client must already have, or be willing to create, access to that platform
Participation requires joining and remaining in the designated space
Failure to access, join, or use the required platform does not qualify for a refund, alternative delivery method, or delayed access.
4. Long-Term Programs & 12-Month Mentorships
For long-term programs, retainers, and 12-month mentorships:
Payments are non-refundable
Commitments are binding for the agreed duration
Early withdrawal, non-attendance, or partial participation does not release the Client from payment obligations
Once the agreement begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Missed calls without prior notice or approved rescheduling are considered forfeited.
The Company is not responsible for missed sessions due to the Client’s failure to attend or communicate in advance.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to serious illness, accidents, natural disasters, governmental actions, technical outages, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control of either party, both parties agree to communicate promptly and in good faith.
Force majeure does not constitute grounds for refunds, partial refunds, or cancellation of the agreement, except at the sole discretion of the Company.
In exceptional circumstances (such as death, serious illness, or inability to continue a long-term program), the Company may, at its discretion, release the Client from remaining future payments, while retaining all payments already made. This means previously paid amounts are non-refundable, but future payment obligations may be forgiven.
Program timelines, access periods, or delivery methods may be reasonably adjusted if necessary.
6. Scheduling of Calls
All scheduled coaching, mentoring, or consulting calls must be rescheduled in advance and by mutual agreement in case of need.
Missed calls without prior notice or approved rescheduling are considered forfeited.
The Company is not responsible for missed sessions due to the Client’s failure to attend or communicate in advance.
7. Company-Initiated Delays or Changes
In the event that MS Quantum Growth or an authorized representative/mentor is unable to deliver a scheduled session, program, or service due to illness, accidents, technical difficulties, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure events, platform outages, or emergencies), the Company reserves the right to:
- Substitute the session leader or mentor with another qualified representative or guest expert, if appropriate, to maintain program quality.
- Reschedule the affected session(s) with prior notice to all participants.
- Extend the program access period or provide an appropriate alternative benefit (such as an additional session, bonus content, or extended course access) to compensate for any missed sessions.
The Company will communicate any such changes promptly and in good faith.
Clients acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may require minor adjustments to the schedule or delivery method.
Any adjustments or compensations are at the sole discretion of the Company and do not constitute grounds for refunds, partial refunds, or termination of the agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, videos, texts, recordings, and trainings provided by MS Quantum Growth are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
The Client is granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the content.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Sharing or distributing materials
Reselling or sublicensing content
Copying or reproducing materials
Making content available to third parties
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.
9. Contact
