MS Quantum Growth

Article 1 — Scope of Application

These General Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through any website, sales page, or digital platform operated by MS Quantum Growth (“the Company”).

A “Client” is any natural or legal person placing an order via our secure online payment system or via any other approved payment method.

By purchasing, the Client fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms.

Article 1a — Age Requirement

Purchases of all services, programs, courses, coaching, consultancy, or digital products offered by MS Quantum Growth require the Client to be 18 years of age or older.

Any order placed by a minor will be cancelled.

Article 2 — Orders

Any order placed through a platform owned by MS Quantum Growth automatically entails:

• Full acceptance of these Terms

• Confirmation that the Client has the legal capacity to purchase and fulfill all installments in case of choosing a payment plan option

• Commitment to pay the indicated amount

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are displayed in Euro (EUR), inclusive of all applicable taxes under Bulgarian and EU VAT regulations, excluding shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time.

Prices may be updated at any time. The price applicable is the one displayed at the moment of purchase. No refunds.

Shipping fees (if any) are indicated during checkout.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products.

Accepted payment methods include card and bank payments. Secure payment processing is provided by legal third-party operators, such as (but not limited to):

• Stripe

• Wise

• GoCardless

• Google Pay

• Apple Pay

• Bank payments

• Or any other trusted operator the Company may use

Payments are encrypted and processed through the chosen operator’s secure system. The security and handling of payment data is entirely managed by the respective processor and cannot be attributed to us.

Article 5 — Delivery of Digital Products & Online Access

All products and services offered by MS Quantum Growth are digital or delivered online.

Upon purchase, the Client receives access via:

• Email

• Login credentials

• Private platforms or communities (including, but not limited to, course portals, Telegram, WhatsApp, or Facebook groups)

• Client Responsibility:
  The Client is solely responsible for having access to, and the technical ability to use, the platform on which the product or service is delivered.

If a program, course, or service is delivered via a specific platform (e.g. Telegram), no exceptions will be made. The Client must already have, or be willing to create, access to that platform in order to participate.

Failure to access or join the required platform does not constitute grounds for a refund, delay, or alternative delivery method.

Access may be instant or within the delivery timeframe stated on the sales page.

Article 6 — Personal Data & Cookies (Simplified GDPR Compliance)

MS Quantum Growth respects and follows the principles of GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

By using our website or purchasing our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• We collect essential personal data (such as name, email, billing information) to process orders and deliver services.

• We use cookies to improve user experience, analyze website performance, and support marketing communications.

• The Client may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

• Basic data may be shared with secure service providers such as payment processors, email platforms, and hosting platforms—exclusively for service delivery purposes.

We never sell or transfer your data to third parties outside essential service providers (e.g., payment processors, email platforms).

Article 7 — Refund Policy

Unless a specific written refund guarantee is provided on the sales page of a particular product:

All sales are final due to the digital and intellectual nature of our services.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once access is granted.

Article 8 — Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, videos, texts, and trainings provided by MS Quantum Growth remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

Clients receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the content.
Sharing, reselling, distributing, or reproducing any material is strictly prohibited.

Article 9 - Communication Policy

To ensure smooth program delivery, the Client acknowledges that:

• Response times may vary depending on volume and availability. Standard email response time is within 24–72 hours during business days.

• Communications through private platforms (e.g., course portals, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook groups) are monitored, but responses are not immediate.

• The Company is not responsible for missed messages or delayed responses outside the above timeframes.

• Clients are expected to use designated channels and time frames for questions, submissions, or feedback.

Article 10 - Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

MS Quantum Growth is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use digital content, programs, or platforms

• Client implementation of strategies, advice, or recommendations

• Prior or alternative practices clients may have used (e.g., buying followers, follow/unfollow tactics, engagement hacks, or other gray-area marketing methods)

• Emotional, psychological, or behavioral responses to marketing outcomes, business growth, or social media performance

• Temporary fluctuations in reach, engagement, or results that are beyond the Company’s control

• Technical issues, platform outages, or third-party service interruptions

• External factors beyond the Company’s control (e.g., internet disruptions, software updates, or force majeure events)

Clients acknowledge that business and marketing outcomes depend on their own implementation, consistency, and personal capacity, and they assume full responsibility for their results.

Article 11 - Unpaid Invoices / Non-Payment

• In the event a Client fails to pay any invoice for programs, services, or products in accordance with agreed terms:

  • The Company may suspend access to programs or services until payment is received.

  • The Company reserves the right to engage third-party collection agencies or initiate legal proceedings to recover outstanding amounts.

  • All reasonable costs incurred by the Company in recovering unpaid invoices (including legal or collection fees) may be charged to the Client.

• For international clients, the Company may pursue claims in the EU or any jurisdiction where the Client has assets, as permitted by law.

General Dispute Resolution

• If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable time, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the EU unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

• Clients acknowledge that professional communication and timely payment are essential to maintain program integrity.

Article 12 - Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (for International Clients)

MS Quantum Growth is a company incorporated under Bulgarian law.

• These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• For international clients, in case of conflict, parties agree to first seek amicable resolution through communication before initiating legal proceedings.

• This clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures clarity for clients worldwide.
